Demos usually last approximately 1 hour, giving us a time to learn about your needs, show you round the system, answer any questions you may have, and give you an initial quote.  Our aim is to show you exactly how Hub can transform the way you work.

Do you offer a free intranet trial?

Yes, we do.  We can have your dedicated trial site up and running in less than 48 hours after your demo.  Your trial will be fully branded to your business with full admin access, and includes free follow-up consultations where we'll deep dive into your requirements and show you how to use all the tools behind the scenes. Afterwards, you'll have free reign to play independently, and we're always available for further calls.  Our trials are designed to give you a better understanding of not only how HUB works, but how it can be adapted to suit your needs, so you can make a better informed decision when choosing your next intranet solution.

How does your pricing work?

We like to keep our pricing simple and transparent. It’s one all-inclusive license fee based on your number of users, with no confusing feature tiers or hidden costs. During your demo, we'll provide an accurate quote based on your exact user numbers, so you know exactly what to expect.  Contract lengths are 12 months, and you usually pay for your annual license upfront.
